Digital Content
Digital content is delivered electronically and is considered accessible once provided. Refunds are not available after delivery, except in the case of a billing error.

Physical Goods
If a physical item is offered and sold, refunds or returns may be granted in cases of defect, damage, or misrepresentation. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
